Our Process

Our Site Buildout and Optimization Process

Our scientific expertise permits us a key advantage in pharmaceutical website design and optimization, a substantial advantage over the vast majority of website designers.

Pre-site Analysis

First, we perform a scientific analysis of a client’s technology, cross match technology related keywords with search volume, then create a priority keyword list (PKL).  Then, we create specific pages and structure based on PKL, each page having a specific keyword focus.

Example: if a technology is intended for oncology applications, we would evaluate specific keywords based on the technology’s mechanism of action, metabolic or cellular targets, and target tumor applications.  Then we would determine which terminology is optimal for the each page.

BetaSite Buildout

We then build a beta-site, each page being unique for its focus keyword content, permalink structuring, image tags (alt descriptions), SEO snippets, and other features to optimize the site for organic searches.

Publish and Updates

After the beta-site has been tested and approved, we publish the site and submit to various directories.   We will also embed analytical code so our clients can review site traffic (including individual page visits, landing pages, bounce rates, etc.).  Periodically, we may run analytical reports to review site traffic.  If necessary, we will make recommendations on fine tuning the site including adding additional content, modifying content or structure, and other methods to improve capturing quality traffic.
